How Can I Cut My Emissions?
We're always looking for ways to save a little energy, and kill fewer trees. And that's not even getting into our fear of fossil fuels.
Yup -- burning them, spending money on them, fighting wars for them - we've had it up to here.
But not everyone can ride a bike to work.
However, 75% of North Americans live in cities, where having a car is often made unnecessary because of public transportation. So why own a car?
Why not share one instead?
Car Sharing is an easy way to use a car only when you need it. Make an online or phone reservation for the day you need a car, and pay only for the days you use it.
You can stop worrying about repairs, insurance or monthly parking.
And you'll save a ton, not to mention carbon credits, in the long run.
Which, you'll have to admit, is positively civilized.
